We spent three nights at this place, it's a cute and cozy little hotel with a great location near many city landmarks, and we enjoyed a nice breakfast on the terrace.

The hotel was a decent place for enjoying a secure area, just next door to prime tourist area with restaurants, tour agencies, and artesania shops, markets, bus station and cable car and the centre of La Paz, in the main shopping street. The room was good sized with bathroom, a great heater and comfortable beds as described. A shower and bath sheets was a plus...

I had impeccably clean, warm room with good showers and comfortable beds, for example, had good night's sleep. The meals in the terrace were fresh.

I had such a pleasant stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to all the tourist spots. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a hot shower that was so refreshing. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. The breakfast on the terrace had a beautiful view, and the spread was delicious. I highly recommend Residencial Alta Vista for a wonderful stay in La Paz.

Although the room and communal areas were a bit cold, the blankets provided helped keep me warm. The limited English ability of the staff was a minor inconvenience, but they were still accommodating.

The hotel is located in a central location, right next to the market and a short walk to the main plaza. The rooftop terrace offers a fantastic view of the city. The staff was friendly and helpful, even allowing me to make a long phone call without extra charge. The gas heater in the room was much appreciated during the chilly nights.

There was no locker or safe in the room, which would have been nice for added security. Additionally, there was no laundry service available at the hotel, requiring a short walk to find one.

Staying at this hotel was a mind-blowing experience! The central location, right next to the famous Witch Market and a short walk to Plaza San Francisco, was super convenient. The jaw-dropping view of the city from the rooftop terrace was simply amazing. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, letting me make an important phone call without any extra charge. The gas heater in the room kept me warm during chilly nights. The basic but sufficient breakfast, along with the reasonable prices, made it a great deal. I had a fantastic time and would definitely stay here again!

Liked the convenient location, right in the midst of the bustling market. It was the perfect place to stay during my Christmas trip. the staff was very friendly and accommodating, even when my bus arrived early in the morning. They let me sit in the living room till it was brighter outside.

the thin walls made the noise from other rooms and the street outside quite noticeable. It would have been better if the soundproofing was better to ensure a peaceful and cozy stay.

The location is fantastic, close to the centre and the bus terminal, making it convenient for exploring the city. the San Fran Plaza and Witches Market are just around the corner, offering a unique shopping experience.

The breakfast is not very extensive and can run out quickly, especially if you arrive halfway through the serving time.
